No, never. Skedra is a flat monthly subscription. Whatever your customers pay you, you keep. We don't take a cut of bookings, payments, or anything else.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes prorate immediately.
How do SMS and WhatsApp add-ons work?
Email reminders are included on every plan. SMS and WhatsApp are optional add-ons you can switch on for any plan — there's no separate tier to buy. You're billed monthly for what you actually send: WhatsApp at €0.05 per message and SMS at €0.12 per message. No bundles to waste and no overage penalties — and your dashboard shows a running total any time. For most businesses, a couple of reminders pays for itself in one recovered no-show.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — the Starter plan is free forever (no card required). Upgrade to Pro or Premium any time when you need more staff, payments, loyalty, or AI features. You can downgrade or cancel whenever you like.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe Ireland for euro subscriptions. Your customers can also pay you via Stripe directly through Skedra's checkout (Pro and above).
Are prices including VAT?
Prices shown are excluding VAT (Ireland 23%). VAT is added at checkout for Irish businesses.
Is there a setup fee?
Never. No setup, migration, or cancellation fees on any plan. Cancel any time and your data exports cleanly.
